Program Name: Monday Defense Skills

Day: Mondays starting September 8th, 2025 until Mid-April 2026

Times: 6:15-7:15 pm

Age / Caliber: 2017 AAA, 2016-2010 Sel, A-AAA (2017 players must qualify)

Location: RINX, 65 Orfus Rd

Cost of Program:
10 classes prepaid – $600.00 (tax included)
15 classes prepaid – $875.00 (tax included)
20 classes prepaid – $1150.00 (tax included)

Pay As You Go: $65.00 per class (tax included)

FLEXIBLE ATTENDANCE: 
If you purchase a Multi Class Package, credits do not have to be used consecutively. Use them when you can make it. Simply call if you have to miss a class and we will cancel the class for you and keep track of your credit.

You can also use your credits in any class your child fits into and any new classes that may be created throughout the season. Credits can also be shared within the same family.
If you have credits remaining at the end of the season, you can use them towards Summer camps.
This is the most flexible credit policy you will find anywhere!

Class Description: 
In this class our main focus will on skating, puck control and mobility for defensemen including backward stride and crossovers, acceleration, evasive turns, transitions and pivoting. We will also cover 1 on 1’s, 2 on 1’s, shooting from the point, angling, gap control, decision making and other essential defensive skills.

This program is a must for all defensemen!
