Number of Athletes: Maximum 12 Athletes.
6:1 Student to Instructor Ratio
Hours On Ice: 1.5 hrs. 3 times/week
Hours off ice: 2 hrs. 4 times/week
Cost of Program: $395.oo CAN / Week (Tax Included)
Performance Training : 2 Hrs Per Day- 10:15-12:15 PM. (4 Days) Mon, Tues, Wed, Fri (Thurs Off)
Ice Training: 1.5 Hrs Per Day- 1:00-2:30 PM. (3 days) Mon, Tues, Thurs (Wed & Fri Off)
Our High Performance Summer Program is geared towards high level athletes playing at the Jr ‘A’, NCAA or Pro Level.
The off-ice training program will include:
• Fitness Evaluation and testing.
• Injury, risk assessment and prevention
• Customized Nutrition and supplementation.
• Customized Training program for each individual athlete.
• Treatment and recovery.
• Strength, Power, Speed, Agility & Mobility.
The on ice session will include elite level edge control, power, speed and agility training. Puck control and protection drills will be demonstrated in small training areas to maximize dexterity and increase each players ability to handle the puck in tight high level game situations. Each session will end with small area 3 on 3 scrimmage games to help keep the lungs and legs in game shape.
Athletes must be accepted into the program.
